What courier companies do E&A Moda use?

We currently use TNT for EU countries and International (Non EU) countries. For the UK we use Parcel Force.

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to many places including the UK, Europe, North America and other selected international destinations.

UNITED KINGDOM:
Channel Islands, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales.

EUROPE (EU):
Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Southern Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.

INTERNATIONAL (NON EU):
Australia, Bahrain, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Korea, Kuwait, Macau, Mexico, Middle East, Monaco, New Zealand, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States Of America.

Do you gift wrap?

Yes, we can gift wrap at your request. If you would like to add a message with your gift let us know and we will include our personal message on a gift card just for you.

Do I pay VAT?

All prices indicated for item/s available via the Website are inclusive of V.A.T (where applicable) at the current rate and are quoted in pounds sterling. At point of purchase VAT will be deducted from the subtotal if the delivery address stated is outside of the EU. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your item/s are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however, please allow up to 10 days for delivery as external factors may cause delays (outside EU).

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply.
If so, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. Please be aware that if you do not choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by E&A Moda to you.

Is my order insured?

Yes your order is insured. You will be asked to sign for any item/s delivered to you at which point responsibility for your purchased item/s passes to you.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

No, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Do you deliver to hotels?

No, we do not deliver to your hotel.

How much will I be charged for shipment?

Shipment charges are as follows:
£ 8 for UK
£ 25 for EU
£ 50 for Overseas
Returns are the responsibility of the customer and also insurance of the item/s.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Can I track my shipment and how?

Of course you can! Simply log on to TNT.com enter your tracking number which was sent to your via email.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address from my billing address?

No, not on first orders, if you are a regular customer then we can.
